Refund policy

Because each item is made with care, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to contact us about a damaged item.

To request a return, please email us at mygirlmagnets@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. This helps us make things right as quickly as possible.

If your return is approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. We’ll also send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
